Security is shared work. Movira360 designs the platform around authenticated access, location scope, role permissions, protected integration credentials, traceable operations, and monitored services. Customers remain responsible for user administration and safe configuration.

Identity and access

  • Authenticated sessions protect administrative workspaces.
  • Location membership, module entitlement, and action permission are checked together for protected operations.
  • Users should have individual accounts and the minimum role required for their work.
  • Connected provider credentials are used only for configured integrations and should never be placed in support messages or public code.

Data protection

  • Supported production traffic is protected in transit using HTTPS.
  • Application boundaries keep customer and communication data scoped to the active location.
  • Secrets and provider credentials are handled separately from normal customer-facing content.
  • Backups, retention, and deletion processes support continuity and responsible data lifecycle management.

Secure operations

  • Logs and audit records support troubleshooting and investigation.
  • Queues isolate longer-running email, automation, synchronization, and webhook work.
  • Provider failures and delivery events remain visible for controlled recovery.
  • Changes are tested and reviewed in proportion to their impact before production release.

Customer responsibilities

  • Remove users promptly when access is no longer required.
  • Review roles, locations, connected channels, sending domains, and payment-provider access regularly.
  • Use unique passwords and available account security controls.
  • Keep devices, browsers, and local networks secure.
  • Report suspicious activity without sending secrets or payment credentials.

Report a security concern

Email support@movira360.com with “Security report” in the subject. Include a clear description, affected URL or feature, approximate time, and safe reproduction details. Do not access data that is not yours, disrupt service, or publicly disclose a suspected issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
