Movira360 lets an authorized venue connect supported Facebook Pages and linked Instagram professional accounts to its location-scoped Conversations workspace. The connection uses Meta’s official authorization flow; customers do not give their Facebook or Instagram password to Movira360.

1. What the integration does

  • Shows eligible Facebook and Instagram accounts that the signed-in Meta user is allowed to manage.
  • Connects only the accounts selected and confirmed for the active Movira360 location.
  • Receives supported inbound messages and webhook events.
  • Displays conversations and available sender information to authorized venue users.
  • Sends replies that an authorized user writes in Movira360, subject to Meta permissions and messaging rules.
  • Reports connection and webhook health so a venue can repair an expired or revoked authorization.

2. Data Movira360 may receive

  • Facebook Page and Instagram professional-account identifiers, names, usernames, and profile images when supplied by Meta.
  • Meta user and business identifiers needed to confirm account-management access.
  • Message content, attachments or attachment references, sender identifiers, timestamps, delivery or read events, and webhook metadata supported by the integration.
  • Permissions granted, access tokens, token expiry information, connection status, and diagnostic errors.

Movira360 uses this data only to provide, secure, support, and troubleshoot the connected conversation service and to comply with applicable law and platform requirements.

3. Who can access it

Conversation data is available only within the connected Movira360 location to users with the required CRM and conversation permissions. A social account cannot be actively connected to two Movira360 locations at the same time.

4. Provider rules and limitations

  • Instagram messaging requires an eligible professional account linked to the selected Facebook Page.
  • Meta controls available permissions, reply windows, app-review access, webhook delivery, rate limits, and account eligibility.
  • Delivered and read states appear only when Meta supplies the relevant event.
  • Messages from users or accounts outside the app’s permitted production audience may not be delivered while the Meta App remains in development or restricted access.

5. Disconnect and delete

An authorized customer can disconnect a channel from CRM → Conversations → Channels. This stops future use of that connection. To request deletion of historical Meta-related data, follow the public Data Deletion Instructions or email privacy@movira360.com.
