You do not need to provide your password, Meta password, payment card details, or access token to make a deletion request.
Email privacy@movira360.com with the subject “Movira360 data deletion request.”
1. Disconnect Facebook or Instagram
- Sign in to the correct Movira360 location.
- Open CRM → Conversations → Channels.
- Open the connected Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct channel.
- Choose Disconnect and confirm the correct account.
- Confirm the channel no longer shows Connected.
Disconnecting revokes Movira360’s active use of that location connection and stops new supported message events from being processed through it. You may also remove Movira360 from the relevant Meta business integration settings.
2. Request deletion
If you cannot sign in, want historical integration data reviewed, or want broader personal information deleted, email privacy@movira360.com and include:
- Your full name and a safe contact email.
- The venue or Movira360 location name.
- The email address used with Movira360, if different.
- Whether the request concerns a user account, guest/customer record, Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, website chat, or all applicable personal information.
- The Facebook Page or Instagram account name only—never send an access token or password.
- Enough context for us and the responsible venue to locate the correct record.
3. What happens next
- We acknowledge the request and may ask for information needed to verify identity, authority, and the responsible venue.
- If a venue controls the data, we notify or coordinate with that venue so it can provide lawful instructions.
- We delete, anonymize, or isolate information that is eligible for deletion and instruct applicable service providers where required.
- We confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained and why.
We aim to acknowledge requests within seven days and complete verified requests within 30 days, unless applicable law permits or requires a different period. Fraud-prevention, security, financial, legal, dispute, and audit records may be retained where necessary. Backup copies may remain until normal secured backup rotation completes.
4. Requests about venue-controlled data
If you booked with, visited, worked for, or contacted a venue using Movira360, that venue is usually responsible for deciding how your record is handled. Contact the venue directly when practical. Movira360 will assist the venue and will not delete operational records against its lawful instructions unless required by law.
5. Meta platform data covered
A verified request can cover Meta user or account identifiers, selected Page or Instagram professional-account details, supported message content and events, webhook records, stored connection metadata, and credentials associated with the applicable Movira360 location. See our Meta Integration disclosure and Privacy Policy.
